If you are ordering multiple products, they may arrive separately, at different times, since one item may be coming from our studio and another from our printer/framer.

+ Canvas orders usually ship within 3-9 business days via UPS or USPS.

+ Paper prints usually ship within 3-4 business days via USPS or UPS.

+ Apparel and Home Goods usually ships within 5 business days via USPS or UPS.

+ Large paper prints ship rolled. Small paper prints ship flat with a clear sleeve, backer board and title sheet. If you order a large paper print along with a small paper print, the prints will ship rolled together.

+ Often my free shipping applies to International orders. Please contact to me if you are not sure.

Your paper and canvas prints are made to order for you. Please allow 3 to 7 days for shipping. Sometimes if I am away at an art event, so if you need it ASAP please let me know!

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Artimals Studio! Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.

**Processing Time**
- All orders are processed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless we are traveling at an art show in which case it will be shipped upon return.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

**Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**
- Shipping charges are a flat rate and displayed at checkout unless I am having a Free Shipping special.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:
 **Standard Shipping**:  about 7 business days
**Expedited Shipping**: 3 business days
**International Shipping**: 14 business days (if applicable)

**Shipping Locations**
- We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and most other countries, please ask with an email.

**Order Tracking**
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

**Shipping Issues**
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at artimals@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)**
- Artimals Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
