Thank you for shopping with Artimals Studio! Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.

**Processing Time**
- All orders are processed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless we are traveling at an art show in which case it will be shipped upon return.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

**Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**
- Shipping charges are a flat rate and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:
 **Standard Shipping**:  about 7 business days
**Expedited Shipping**: 3 business days
**International Shipping**: 14 business days (if applicable)

**Shipping Locations**
- We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and some other countries, please ask with an email.

**Order Tracking**
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

**Shipping Issues**
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at artimals@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)**
- Artimals Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
