ABOUT THE ARTIST

Noelle Dass is the award winning designer of the Artimals™ - whimsical animal art with a humorous twist.  Noelle has been drawing and painting for most of her life - She studied classical oil painting and portraiture for several years in college before receiving her BA from the University of Washington.  After many years of “serious” painting in the classical tradition, one day whimsy got the better of her, and the Artimals emerged onto the canvas- and have kept coming ever since!

“It's funny, after I graduated from college and “grew up” my art became younger at heart - I didn't want to make any statement with my art other than to create something fun and uplifting. We all work hard and we need things to make us smile just as much as kids do!”

Noelle's artwork is now being collected by “young at heart” art lovers and parents  in the US, Canada, Asia and Europe.  Noelle also regularly supports animal and human welfare programs -  “It is very rewarding to me to give back as much as I can.”

Noelle was born in New York and now lives in Oregon where she can be found reading, biking, hiking and of course painting.
